Investigating macromolecular architecture and dynamics at the intersection of European synchrotron facilities and computational simulation. Focused on beamline experimentation, quantum mechanics/molecular mechanics (QM/MM), and open-source scientific software.

About Me

I am a scientist based at the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF) in Grenoble, France, actively engaged with the Joint Structural Biology Group (JSBG).

My research lies at the nexus of high-brightness synchrotron X-ray techniques and modern computational biophysics. I combine structural biology workflows—such as macromolecular crystallography and automated beamline processes—with computational molecular modeling (hybrid QM/MM calculations, molecular dynamics, and electronic structure simulations).

Beyond the wet lab and beamline floor, I develop reproducible scientific software, data analysis scripts, and automation pipelines in Python and Fortran to facilitate rigorous, open science.
